L’hôtel Markgräfler Hof um 1925
Müllheim possédait toutefois une gastronomie florissante, comme le montrait d’antan l’accumulation de restaurants représentatifs autour de l’église Saint-Martin.
Nous voyons ici, sur ces anciens clichés, les deux restaurants Schwanen, au cygne, et Ochsen, au taureau, construits déjà au début du 18ème siècle.
Malheureusement, tous deux ont aujourd’hui disparu.
