Ernst-Ludwigs-Platz um 1900

To the left of the white tower on Ernst-Ludwigs-Platz stood the first own domicile of the then tourist office in 1907, which combined an information centre and travel agency. The pavilion is still clearly visible in the historic photo.

Today, the tourist information office on Luisenplatz is located in the Luisencenter and, as the "Darmstadt Shop", offers information about the city, tickets for events in Darmstadt and a small selection of souvenirs and Darmstadt products.
