Market square 1910
We now enter the pedestrian area and walk towards market square where regional produce is offered three times a week.
In the background, we see the recently renovated building of the former town pharmacy. To the left, the Blankenhorn Palace is coming up, with its distinguished neoclassic façade that is held in cool blues and greys.
The Blankenhorn Palace was once the most prestigious guesthouse in town, which is still reflected by the golden crown in the wrought iron of the balcony above the main entrance.
